1. Navigate to your Profile: Tap the profile icon on the bottom right of the app navigation to access your profile.
2. Access Account Settings: Access the "Account Management" menu by tapping the three dots on the top right corner of your profile page and then tap on the 'Delete Account' option under the menu.
3. Confirm your Choice: Tap "Delete Account" and a confirmation pop-up will appear. This pop-up will clearly explain the consequences of deletion, including permanent data loss and cancellation of associated services.
4. Password Verification: For security purposes, you must enter your account password to proceed. Please remember that you can't go back once you have entered your password, and your account will be deleted.
5. Success: Once the username & password match, you will be redirected to the Login Page of the WILLPORT app, and your account WILL be deleted.
Balance Check: Before the account deletion, the app will automatically check if you have any of the following:
- Outstanding balance
- Remaining funds in your wallet
- Scheduled incoming/outgoing gift
