In order to send money using WILLPORT, you will need to do two things:
1. For your security, WILLPORT requires verification of your identity to use the WILLpay feature which allows you to send and receive money.

How do I add a bank account?
WILLpay allows you to send money to non-WILLPORT users. For your security, they will need to register with WILLPORT and verify their identity to receive the funds.
To send money to a Non-WILLPORT user
Go to WILLpay and select Money.
Then select “Send”
Saved contacts who are not WILLPORT users will display at the top as Saved Non WILLPORT contacts.
You can select the contact to which you want to send money.
Or you can add a contact
You can then enter the amount that you wish to send with the option to add a personalized message.
You’ll need to enter your PIN to authorize the transaction.
Why is the transaction showing up as scheduled?
When you send money to non-WILLPORT users, the transaction will show as scheduled until your recipient registers and verifies their identity with WILLPORT. They will need to use the same phone number you entered when adding this contact.
When will the funds be deducted?
The funds will not be deducted from your WILLPORT wallet or bank account until your recipient has registered, verified their account and accepted the payment. You will need to ensure that your WILLPORT wallet or bank account has sufficient funds in order to successfully complete the transaction.
You will be notified that the transaction is complete in your WILLpay newsfeed and email notification.
