Once a transaction has been initiated, the recipient will be notified of the money being sent via both SMS and email using the information provided by the sender.
To receive the funds, the recipient will need to download the WILLPORT app from either the App Store or Google Play Store and create a WILLPORT account using the same phone number and email address provided by the sender.
I want to use a different email address than the one provided. How do I change it?
The recipient must then enroll in WILLpay and verify their identity.

How do I verify my account?
Once the recipient has completed the registration and identity verification process, the WILLpay newsfeed will show the sender’s monetary gift. To receive the gift, tap “Accept”.
Can I stop a scheduled payment being sent to me?
If you want to stop a payment being sent to you, do not accept it when you see it in your newsfeed. If you do not accept a gift, the funds will not be transferred to you.
However, only senders can cancel a transaction, so you’ll need to contact them to stop the scheduled payments.
