How do I view my transaction history?
To view your transaction history in the WILLPORT app, go to your profile:
Then tap the gear in the top righthand corner:
Then scroll down to "My Transactions":
What is the difference between "Scheduled Gifts" and "Paid Gifts"?
Your transaction history is organized into two sections.
Section 1 - Scheduled Gifts
Scheduled gifts are orders scheduled for future delivery.
Section 2 - Paid Gifts
Paid gifts are orders which your payment method has already been charged for. These are gifts that you have ordered for delivery within 30 days, either by scheduling in advance or immediate delivery.
I want to cancel a scheduled gift order. How do I do that?
If you need to cancel a scheduled order, tap on the transaction that you would like to cancel and scroll down and tap "Cancel Order".
