WILLPORT Gifting Transaction History
To view your transaction history for gifts of flowers, gift cards or experiences in the WILLPORT app, go to your profile and tap “Cards and Transactions”:
What is the difference between "Scheduled Gifts" and "Paid Gifts"?
Your transaction history is organized into two sections.
Scheduled Gifts which shows your orders scheduled for future delivery.
Paid Gifts which shows your orders which your payment method has already been charged for.
These are gifts that you have ordered for delivery within 30 days, either by scheduling in advance or immediate delivery.
I want to cancel a scheduled gift order. How do I do that?
WILLpay Transaction History
Your WILLpay transaction history is accessed via the WILLpay menu.
You will see two separate feeds in this menu:
Recent: A list of transactions that have been processed or are currently in process.
Upcoming: Transactions that have been scheduled for future dates and have not yet been processed.
How do I export my WILLpay transaction history?
To export your WILLpay transaction history as a PDF, select the list icon in the top right hand corner
You can then select the year that you want to export.
You can then view each month’s transactions as a separate PDF.
