How we keep your account safe
Account Verification Powered by Dwolla: We partner with Dwolla to securely process your account activity on WILLPORT.
Why is my account verification still pending?
Safe Passwords: We require that all users create strong passwords. All passwords are required to have Upper Case, Lower Case, Numeric and Special Characters.
2-step Authentication: Each time you log into WILLPORT, we require 2-step authentication when you log into your account. A unique and secure code is generated each time you log in. You will receive this code via SMS to the phone number you have registered with your WILLPORT account.
Getting a verification code
DO NOT share your WILLPORT account or authentication code with anyone. WILLPORT customer service will never ask you for this verification code.
Multiple Failed Attempts: User accounts are automatically locked when there are multiple failed sign in attempts detected.
My account says it is “Locked”. How do I unlock it?
