Need to make a change to a scheduled payment or gift? We get it, things happen! But here’s what you need to know.
Gifts and payments are processed at 4:00 AM PST / 7:00 AM EST on the scheduled delivery date. You will need to modify or cancel your transaction before then.
To cancel or modify a transaction:
Log into your WILLPORT app and go to your either your transaction history for gifts:
Or go to your WILLpay newsfeed to cancel an upcoming payment:
Under Upcoming, select the one you would like to cancel.
Tap Cancel:
Cancel/Modify a Scheduled Payment or Gift to a Non-WILLPORT User
Gifts and payments sent to Non-WILLPORT users can be canceled any time before it is accepted by the receiver.
Can I cancel a gift or payment that is sent immediately (i.e., not scheduled)?
Immediate payments sent out to WILLPORT contacts are not cancellable because they are processed immediately.
